How can I track Booksy Pay transactions?

You have several convenient ways to track your Booksy Pay transactions:

  • Business Wallet transactions history: All your Booksy Payments transactions, including Booksy Pay payments and refunds, are visible in your Business Wallet in the Transactions tab. This can serve as your primary on-the-go reporting tool for basic checks like payment sources and refund statuses.
  • Mobile payments transactions summary report: For a comprehensive overview, Booksy Pay transactions (including refunds) are part of the Mobile Payments Transactions Summary report. You can find this report by navigating to Reports > Cash flow > Mobile payments transactions summary.
  • Detailed report (available on mobile): For in-depth analysis, a detailed Excel file of your transactions, including those processed via Booksy Pay, is available for download directly from the Booksy mobile app. You can download this report by navigating to Profile > Performance Summary section > Detailed report.
