Can clients pay for every appointment via Booksy Pay?

No, clients cannot pay for every appointment via Booksy Pay. Payment through Booksy Pay is only possible for appointments that meet specific conditions.

Booksy Pay payment conditions:

  • Service without deposit: The service a client books cannot require a deposit
    • Exception: A trusted client can pay via Booksy Pay for a service with a deposit set.
  • Fixed price and minimum amount: The service must have a "Fixed" price type and cost at least $10.
  • Confirmed appointment: The appointment must be confirmed.

Payment via Booksy Pay is available for appointments booked by clients in the app, as well as those added by the business. Clients can pay from 60 days before the appointment up to 2 hours after it ends.
