Inventory and product management is only available in Booksy Biz on web/tablet. Access to inventory management is granted to the Owner, Manager, and Receptionist.
Stock adjustment
You can set the initial stock level when adding a product. Afterward, you can perform a quick adjustment directly from the product list or product card using the +/- button.
- Quick adjustments change the stock in the Default storage location by default (unless another is selected).
- You can specify a reason for the adjustment.
- If increasing stock, you can enter the purchase price.
- Every adjustment is saved as an inventory document.
Note: Quick adjustments are disabled while an inventory stocktake is in progress.
Automatic stock control
Enable stock control to automatically deduct products from your inventory when they are sold.
You can enable it in: Business settings > Payments & Checkout > Checkout settings > Retail settings > Enable stock control.
If disabled, you can sell any quantity of products regardless of current stock levels.
Tip: The product card displays its full history, including all stock level changes.
