Inventory and product management is only available in Booksy Biz on web/tablet. Access to inventory management is granted to the Owner, Manager, and Receptionist.
The stocktake record document allows you to compare physical stock with the system, detect discrepancies, and apply corrections.
To start an inventory stock count:
- Go to the Inventory section.
- Select the Stock take tab.
- Click the + button in the bottom right corner.
- Select the storage location you want to count.
- Choose whether you want to import products with zero stock and whether you want to copy count from stock to the "Real quantity" fields or enter them manually.
- Note: If you don't select either option, the document will only include products currently in stock, and the "Real quantity" field will be set to 0 (which you can then edit).
- Click Continue.
- In the prepared document, you can enter the real product quantities, add additional items, and save the document as a draft.
- A saved draft will have the status In progress. You can return to it at any time to edit quantities, add new items, or change product units.
- Once all changes are entered, click Save and finish to finalize the inventory stock take.
- After completion, you will have full access to view the document and the option to print it.
Note: Quick stock adjustments are disabled while an inventory stock take is in progress.
