If you're having trouble setting up Reserve with Google and your Book Online button isn't visible, or you've been notified that it's not enabled, here are some potential causes and solutions.
1. You have a verified Google Business Profile, but it’s still not working. That likely means that Google was unable to successfully match your Google Business Profile and Booksy account. In order to match profiles and activate online booking, the information on both profiles need to match exactly.

Alternatively, you can verify the data manually. Check the following details on your accounts to make sure they’re exactly the same. The links below will take you directly to the relevant sections in Booksy:
- Business name
- Phone number
- Address (check address number, unit/suite, Street vs St, etc.)
- Primary business category.
If you see any discrepancies, you can update your Booksy data, however, we recommend going through the linking process directly within the Booksy app, so we can help you select the correct info.
2. You still don’t have a verified Google Business Profile. In order for your business to be available for online booking through Google Search and Maps, you first need to set up a Google Business Profile (GBP). You can create it directly within the Booksy app. Once your GBP is verified through this process, the Reserve with Google integration, identifiable by the Book Online button, will automatically appear on your Google Business Profile. 3. Other important requirements to keep in mind and verify in your Booksy account:
- Search visibility must be enabled so your business appears in the marketplace.
- You must have at least one active staff member available for clients to book with.
- Reserve with Google integration is not available for Shared Locations.
4. Wait 72 hours. If you’ve just enabled Reserve with Google or made updates to your Google Business Profile or business details, wait 2-3 days for the matching process to complete.
