Get a Book now button on your Instagram profile to let clients and followers view your availability and book you instantly, right from Instagram. 

Constant DMs? Direct them to your booking button or link and move on with your day.

Add a Book now button to Instagram

Before you get started:

• Make sure you have a Professional Instagram account, not a personal one - either Creator or Business works! Learn how to switch to a professional account here.
• In Booksy, verify that your business is visible, available for Online Booking, and that you have at least one service with at least one staffer assigned ready for Online Booking.
• Keep in mind that only the owner or administrator of the Instagram account can add a Book now button.
• Note that only Owners and Managers in Booksy can add the business's Book now button, while all Staffers can add a personal Book now button to their Instagram accounts (as long as their Instagram profile is set to Professional).

After you’ve checked all of the above, set up your Book now button on Instagram: 

1. Go to your Instagram profile and click the Edit Profile button.
2. Tap Contact options.
3. Select Add an action button.
4. Select the Book now action button.
5. Choose Booksy and sign in with your Booksy credentials.
6. Select Done.

NOTE: Booksy is an official action button partner of the Book now feature with Meta, which helps you take bookings directly from Instagram. 

If you have a Professional account, and you are still not seeing the Book now action button available, please contact Meta support directly to get your button added.

If you’re having trouble, or just want even more visibility for your link, add your link to your Instagram profile. Here’s how:

Add your booking link to your Instagram profile

1. First, copy your booking link in Booksy. You can find it here.
2. Select the "copy" icon and your booking link is now available to paste to your Instagram profile.
3. Open the Instagram app, go to your profile.
4. Make sure your profile is a Professional account (either Business or Creator).
5. Click the Edit profile button, and select Links.
6. Select + Add an external link.
7. Paste your Booksy link in the URL field.
8. Add a title, like “Book now” or “Book online here”.
9. Click Done. Your booking link is now visible on your Instagram profile.
10. Bonus:
    • In your Bio, mention your booking link. Ex: “No DMs to book - use link to book online” or “Now accepting bookings, link in bio”.

    • When you post to Instagram, be sure to mention your booking link in bio, or add your booking link directly to your stories to drive more bookings.
