Business Wallet provides a comprehensive overview of all payout-related information. It serves as a central hub where you can check your balance, track payout history, manage payout details, and quickly access key payment features. More functionalities will be available in this section soon.
Note: To be able to use Business Wallet properly, your account must first be verified.
- On Booksy Biz (web/tablet), find the Business Wallet section in the left-side panel.
- On the Booksy Biz mobile app, it’s located within the Profile section.
What does it include?
Total balance
This section displays:
- Your total balance – the sum of your current balance (funds available for payout) and pending transactions (funds available on the next business day).
- Pending transactions amount – select the “i” icon for a detailed breakdown of your total balance, current balance, pending transactions, and the amount available for Fast Payout.
- Quick access buttons – shortcuts to make a Fast Payout, set up No-Show Protection, and enable Tap to Pay.
Tip: Your balance may be negative if, for example, a chargeback occurs.
Payout method
This section displays:
- The account number for standard and fast payouts.
- The next expected payout date.
- The payout status – active (if the account number is correctly added) or inactive (if there is no account number or the account is blocked).
Tip: To change or add a bank account number for payouts, select the three dots in the upper-right corner of this section and choose Go to Payout Settings.
History
Payouts
This section displays the last five payouts. To view all past payouts, select Go to history, or the Payouts tab at the top of the screen.
The Payouts history table includes:
- Date and time of the payout.
- Payout status – paid, processing, or failed.
- Estimated date of fund arrival.
- Payout type – standard or fast.
- Payout amount.
Transactions
This section displays the last five Booksy Payments transactions. To view all past transactions, select Go to history, or the Transactions tab at the top of the screen. Each record is clickable and opens the corresponding transaction receipt.
The Transactions history table includes:
- Date and time of the transaction.
- Transaction status – paid, sent, or failed.
- Transaction type – e.g. refund, Mobile Payment, Cancellation fee.
- Client name.
- Transaction value.
Tip: You can also access the Payments & Checkout tab in Settings from the upper-right corner of the screen.
