If your existing Google Business Profile is properly set up, the Book Online button will appear automatically, provided your Booksy account meets the following requirements:
- Search visibility must be enabled so your business appears in the marketplace.
- You must have at least one active staff member available for bookings and one service assigned to them.
- Your business information in Booksy (name, phone number, address, etc.) must exactly match the information in your Google Business Profile.
To check your Reserve with Google integration status:
- Go to Business Settings (mobile: Profile > Settings).
- Select Online Booking.
- On the Reserve with Google tile, you'll see an Active or Inactive status.
- Active means your Booksy profile is visible, meets all conditions and Reserve with Google is enabled.
- Inactive may indicate your profile doesn't meet the conditions or it hasn't been more than 72 hours since making updates to your Booksy profile or Google Business Profile.
Note that Google verification will be required if you:
- Make changes to an existing Google Business Profile location.
- Create a new business location.
- Create a new Google Business Profile.
