To enable No-Show Protection and start collecting Cancellation Fees or Deposits you first need to enable Mobile Payments. Please contact us by calling our support line at +44 (0) 1323 700057 to start your application for your Mobile Payments. You will receive a link from us, where you are able to fill in all the details you need to enable your account to accept Cancellations. Please have ready an up to date statement ready for the account you wish the funds to be paid into. All the data you provide is safe and used only by our Payments Provider for verification purposes so that we can legally process your transactions. This information is not stored anywhere.
After verification is complete, you can process payments during checkout and set up No-Show protection.
Cancellation fees will be executed automatically unless you change your settings to run manually. Booksy provides a generic Cancellation Policy in your account, but you are free to edit the policy to apply to your business. You can make changes by navigating to the Cancellation Policy in the No-Show protection section in Business Settings (mobile: Profile → Settings) → Payments & Checkout.
