You have the option to charge a client automatically if they No-Show. To do this, select Business Settings → Payments & Checkout → No-Show Protection → Cancellation Fees and toggle the switch next to “Charge Cancellation Fees automatically” option on. Don't forget to mark the client appointment as a No-Show right away. Cancellation Fees for all appointments marked as No-Show will be charged at the end of each business day.
Please Note: Booksy Biz mobile app users will not have the ability to turn off automatic charges for Cancellation Fees.
