If you're moving to Booksy from Acuity Scheduling, you can export your client list and your appointments before you switch. This article is part of a series on exporting data from other booking systems. See the intro article for what to do with your files after you export them.
Acuity Scheduling is available in all Booksy markets.
Acuity Scheduling: export your client list
- Go to Clients.
- Select Import/Export.
- Select Export client list.
- Select All clients.
- Select Export clients.
Acuity Scheduling: export your appointments
- Go to Reports.
- Select Import/Export.
- Select Export appointments.
If the export fails or the file is empty
Check that you're signed in as the account owner, and that the date range for your appointment export covers the period you need. If the problem continues, contact Acuity Scheduling support directly. Booksy cannot retrieve data from another company's system.
