How do I change my business location?

To change your business location:

Booksy Biz on web/tablet:

  1. Select Business Settings.
  2. Go to Business Details.
  3. Navigate to Location & Mobile Services.
  4. Click the pen icon in the Address section.
  5. Fill in the correct address information.
  6. Save.

On the tablet app, you can also edit the pin location separate to the address. Just click on Adjust Map in the Location & Mobile Services section and scroll through the map to place the pin in the perfect position.

Booksy Biz mobile app:

  1. Select Profile.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Go to Business Details.
  4. Navigate to Location & Mobile Services.
  5. Click the arrow in the Address section.
  6. Fill in the correct address information.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Save.

On the mobile app, you can also edit the pin location separate to the address. Just tap on Map Location in the Location & Mobile Services section and scroll through the map to place the pin in the perfect position.
