How much does it cost to process payments through Booksy?

Processing fees vary depending on which Booksy Payment Solution you use. Here are the competitive rates that we offer: 

  • Booksy Card Reader: To charge cards and mobile wallets with Booksy Card Reader, processing fees are 2.49% + 0.10 USD per transaction.
  • Tap to Pay: To charge cards and mobile wallets with Tap to Pay, processing fees are 2.49% + 0.20 USD per transaction.
  • Mobile Payments: To charge clients’ cards on file, Cancellation Fees, and Deposits,  processing fees are 2.69% + 0.30 USD per transaction.
  • Chargebacks: In all cases there’s a $15 fee for any chargebacks to offset processing fees.

That’s all. No setup fees. No ongoing monthly charges. 

Transaction fees apply to refunds processed through Mobile Payments, Booksy Card Reader and Tap to Pay at their respective rates above.
