Clear policies aren't just about rules; they protect your peace and your paycheck.
Here are some ideas and examples of policies you can include:
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time.
Late arrival policy: We offer a 10-minute grace period. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service to stay on track for other clients. Arrivals later than 15 minutes are considered a no-show and the cancellation fee will be applied.
Walk-in policy: Walk-ins are welcome, but clients with scheduled appointments get priority. To avoid a wait, booking online ahead of time is highly encouraged.
No extra guests, pets or children: To ensure a relaxing experience for everyone, no extra guests or children are allowed in the studio during your appointment. We love your people, but our space is limited!
Appointment prep: Please arrive with clean, product-free nails (for nail techs) or a fresh, clean face (for estheticians). If we need to spend extra time on removal or cleaning, an additional fee may apply. If you will need polish removal, please book the “polish removal” add-on at the time of booking.
Health & safety: For the safety of our community, please wear a mask during your service. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Booking policy: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This will be applied to your total on the day of your service.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalty, otherwise it will be considered a late cancellation. You can easily reschedule your own appointment through the Booksy app.
Intake forms: To make the most of our time together, new clients must complete the intake/liability form through the Booksy app prior to arrival.
Refund policy: We have a no refund policy for all services. Please check the results of your service before you leave, so we can make sure you leave happy. If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, we offer complimentary repairs within 3 days of the service.
