If you see a client attributed to Boost that you acquired through your own marketing efforts:
- Go to Marketing.
- Select Boost.
- Navigate to Boost details.
- Locate the client you wish to claim and click on the Claim button to initiate the claims process (on mobile: swipe left and select Request a claim).
- Select a claim reason, input the claim details and add any necessary attachments.
- Send claim.
Once your claim is confirmed, we'll process a refund for any associated commission fees within 14 business days.
Please note the deadline to submit a Boost claim will be synced with your unique subscription billing period.
Example: Let's say your billing period is from the 5th to the 4th. If you have an appointment on January 28th, you will have until the end of the billing period (February 4th) plus 7 days (February 11th) to submit a Boost claim for that appointment.
