We want to make sure your clients receive only the marketing communication they want. That’s why, as part of the booking process, they can choose whether they’d like to receive marketing communication from you or not. Clients have to confirm their preference in the app - regarding marketing email and push notifications, and via SMS confirmation - regarding marketing text messages.
To check your client's marketing communication preference:
- Naigate to Clients.
- Select the Client.
- Click the Edit button.
- Go to the Consents tab.
- See if the switch next to "Consent to receive marketing communications" is toggled on or off.
