If you're moving to Booksy from Booker, you can export your client list, client notes, appointments, and product inventory before you switch. This article is part of a series on exporting data from other booking systems. 

Booker is a Mindbody product, used mainly in the United States. Its availability in the UK, France, Spain, and Poland is unconfirmed, so check directly with Booker if you're outside the US. The Booker interface is available in English only.

Booker: export your client list

1. Go to the Customers tab.
2. Select Manage Customers.
3. Select View All Customers.
4. Select Export to a .CSV file.
5. Select OK.
6. Go to Customer Exports to download the file.

Booker: export your client notes

Client notes are not included in the standard client export. To include them, change the export view first.

1. Go to Customers.
2. Select Customize View.
3. Select Select Columns.
4. Select Preferences.
5. Tick Customer Notes.
6. Select Save and Close.
7. Select Export Clients. The client notes are now included in the exported file.

Booker: export your appointments

1. Go to Appointments.
2. Select Find Appointment.
3. Select Customize View.
4. Select all available columns.
5. Save the view.
6. Select Export.

Booker: export your product inventory

1. Go to Reports.
2. Select Inventory.
3. Select Inventory on Hand.
4. Generate the report in XLS format.

If the export fails or the file is empty

Check that you're signed in as the account owner or a user with reporting permissions, and that the date range covers the period you need. If the problem continues, contact Booker support directly. Booksy cannot retrieve data from another company's system.
