Booksy allows you to send a test message when creating a custom message or editing the content of a message or campaign, so that you can check what the client will actually see when they receive your message.

In order to send a test message:

  1. Select Marketing from the left sidebar:
  2. Select Message blasts.
  3. If you want to send a test of an automated campaign or one of the default custom messages, select it from the list, click the Edit button at the top and make any necessary changes.
  4. If you want to send a test of your own custom message, click the Edit message button at the bottom of the page and write the message from scratch.
  5. When your message is ready, click the Send test button at the bottom of the page:
    Tip: You have to have your contact details filled in in order to be able to receive a test SMS or email. Add them in Staff management & resources or ask your manager to do it.
  6. Click Send.
