If you assign services to staff members, clients will only see specialists who are able to provide services they want to book on your Booksy Profile. It will facilitate online booking and help you keep tabs on your calendar.

In order to assign services to a staff member (in the staff member's profile):

  1. Click Staff Management & Resources in the left sidebar
  2. Select the staff member you want to assign services to from the list
  3. In the Services tab, click Edit Services:
  4. Select the checkboxes next to services you want to assign to a staff member
  5. Click Select.

In order to assign services to a staff member (in service settings):

  1. Click Business Settings in the left sidebar
  2. Select Services Setup
  3. Click Services
  4. Select the service you want to assign to a staff member from the list
  5. In the Staff tab, select the checkbox next to the staff member you want to assign the service to:
  6. Click Save
  7. Continue in the same way with other services.
