You can add an individual discount for a particular client, so that you will not forget to apply it when checking out the client's appointment or selling products. Once you set a discount in the client record, it will be applied to all transactions of the client and you can edit it manually as needed.

In order to add a client discount:

  1. Click Clients in the left sidebar
  2. Use the search bar at the top to find a client to or select one from the list of clients
  3. Click the pencil icon to edit the client record:
  4. Use the plus and minus buttons to set the discount or enter the percentage in the Client Discount field:
  5. Click Save.
