You can add unavailability to a staff member's calendar to make a time slot unavailable for customer bookings.
In order to add an unavailability:
- Click Appointments in the left sidebar.
- Click a free slot in your calendar and drag the cursor to adjust the duration or click the + button in the right bottom corner.
- Select Add unavailability.
- Set the date and time. If you have clicked a slot in your calendar, the date and time will be set automatically. If you have used the + button, the current date and time will be set automatically:
- Select a staffer and/or resource.
- Optionally, enter the reason.
- Click Save to finalize adding an unavailability.
