You can add unavailability to a staff member's calendar, to make a time slot unavailable for customer bookings.
In order to add an unavailability:
- Click Appointments in the left sidebar
- Click a free slot in your calendar or the + icon in the right bottom corner\
- Select Add unavailability
- Set the date and time. If you have clicked a slot in your calendar, the date and time will be set automatically. If you have used the + icon, the current date and time will be set automatically:
- Select a staff member and/or resource
- Optionally, enter the reason
- Click Save.
