You can add unavailability to a staff member's calendar to make a time slot unavailable for customer bookings.

In order to add an unavailability:

  1. Click Appointments in the left sidebar.
  2. Click a free slot in your calendar and drag the cursor to adjust the duration or click the + button in the right bottom corner.
  3. Select Add unavailability.
  4. Set the date and time. If you have clicked a slot in your calendar, the date and time will be set automatically. If you have used the + button, the current date and time will be set automatically:
  5. Select a staffer and/or resource.
  6. Optionally, enter the reason.
  7. Click Save to finalize adding an unavailability.
