You can add unavailability to a staff member's calendar, to make a time slot unavailable for customer bookings.

In order to add an unavailability:

  1. Click Appointments in the left sidebar
  2. Click a free slot in your calendar or the + icon in the right bottom corner\
  3. Select Add unavailability
  4. Set the date and time. If you have clicked a slot in your calendar, the date and time will be set automatically. If you have used the + icon, the current date and time will be set automatically:
  5. Select a staff member and/or resource
  6. Optionally, enter the reason
  7. Click Save.
