If a client doesn't show up for their appointment, you can change the status of the appointment to Client no-show. Thanks to that, the employee and business records will be updated accurately and you'll be able to track the number of no-shows.

In order to mark a no-show:

  1. Click Appointments in the left sidebar
  2. Find the appointment the client missed and click it
  3. Click Change and select Client no-show:
  4. Click Confirm no-show.
