Our Message Blast campaigns are set up to work for you right out of the box - all you have to do is turn them on.
In just a few steps, you can take your marketing to the next level by adding your unique voice and brand to your messages. Use Message Blasts to build your brand, connect with your clients, and drive more bookings. Set it and forget it - with Automated Message Blasts, you only have to set them up once and turn them on.
Tips to take your marketing to the next level:
1. Personalize your templates:
The magic marketing touch comes with adding your own voice and personality to the messages your clients receive!
- Head to Marketing > Message Blasts.
- Click on the template you want to customize, click the Edit button.
- Here you can easily edit the text of the SMS/Push Notification, or scroll down to edit the Email subject or message.
- Click Save.
Here are some tips:
- Voice & Tone: Make the message sound like you! Inject humor, warmth, or professionalism to reflect your brand.
- Text: Edit the existing text to include your unique selling points as a business, your specialties, after care instructions, or a thank you to your clients.
- Call to Action: Include a clear and compelling call to action that you want your client to take, like "Book Now".
2. Swap out the photos:
Here’s how:
- While still in Edit mode, click the Camera icon at the top right of the email template photo
- Select your new photo:
- Browse through the provided images and select the one you want
OR
- Click the Upload Image button to add your own photo from your device. Once it’s uploaded, you can adjust the grid to position or crop your image. When it looks just right, click the Add button at the top right.
- All set! Make sure everything looks good. You can click the Preview button to see what it will look like, or send yourself a test message.
How to choose a photo for your email:
We have a variety of stock images you can choose from for your message.
Even better? Replace the generic photos with your own images that showcase your work, salon/studio environment, or even yourself! This adds a personal touch and lets clients connect with your brand visually.
3. Set Your Schedule:
Click Delivery Timeline to adjust when the message will be sent.
Note: You can only make changes to the Delivery Timeline or Delivery Method on Desktop or Tablet. Otherwise, the message will be sent according to the Default Timeline of that Campaign, and the Delivery Method will be set to “Optimized Delivery” (we will automatically choose the best method to reach each client).
4. Turn it On!
Once you're happy with your personalized messages and timing, simply Activate the campaign.
On your phone: Move the Toggle at the top from Inactive to Active.
On desktop: Click the Activate Campaign button.
Now, your marketing practically runs itself!
5. Repeat the process through each of the pre-made templates. You can choose which to turn on, and which to edit. You can always come back and make changes or turn them back off.
