What are automated Message Blasts?
Automated Message Blasts are pre-made templates that are automatically sent to your clients based on certain criteria - time passed since their appointment, whether they have an upcoming appointment booked, or on a specific date like their birthday or a special holiday. Set them up and turn them on once, and they’ll keep working for you in the background to keep in touch with your clients and generate more bookings for you.

Getting Started with Automated Message Blasts:
We make marketing easy! Booksy provides pre-written message templates with automated triggers for various scenarios.
If you’re looking for the quickest way to get started, these are all ready to go for you in the Booksy app.
- Make sure your profile is live.
- Head to Marketing > Message Blasts.
- Click on the template you want to turn on.
- Activate the Campaign:
On your phone: Move the Toggle at the top from Inactive to Active.
On desktop: Click the Activate Campaign button. - You’re all set! Your clients will receive the messages according to criteria assigned to each template. You can always come back later to edit the message or campaign, or turn it off.
Pro tip: We can’t send your clients messages unless we have their contact information! :) Be sure to add your client’s contact information into Booksy so they’ll receive your messages.
What kinds of messages can you automate with Booksy?
- Welcome a new client after their first visit - automatically send a new client a follow-up thank you message after their first visit, and let them know how they can rebook.
